No bug spray needed—just your imagination! Over eight weeks, we’ll explore the weird and wonderful world of bugs through art and design—creating fabric insects, wearable wings, layered papercrafts, and stop motion animations. We’ll also visit Lamont Gallery in Exeter, NH to explore their bug-themed exhibition. Artwork made in this program will be featured in the NH Art Association’s Fledgling Exhibition in 2026. Let your curiosity take flight as tiny inspirations grow into big-time, bugged-out creations.

Wednesdays, September 24 – November 12

Hit record and dive into Podyssey—your creative quest into the world of podcasting. Learn from local pros how to shape sound into stories through interviews, editing, writing, and production. Explore different podcast styles, test out gear, and create your own original show. We’ll visit Creative Guts Studio in Exeter, NH to experience a live podcast in action, then take the stage at WSCA for a final live performance of your work. Explore, experiment, and get loud—this is your moment behind the mic. 

Thursdays, September 25 – November 13

Step into the story. In Legendcraft, you’ll build a world, become a character, and dive into live-action role play through immersive creativity. Design larger-than-life creatures, sketch mythic maps, and craft bold costumes—then bring it all to life in a choose-your-own-adventure style production. We’ll take our quest offsite to Monkey Mind Escape Room for a role-playing mission, and your fantasy artifacts will be featured in an epic, fantasy-themed window display at the NH Art Association in 2026. Forge your own legend through art, role play, and adventure—this is world-building with no limits.

Small forms, big feelings. Short & Sweet is a cozy creative writing workshop where you’ll explore flash fiction, poetry, micro-memoir, and other bite-sized genres. Whether you’re into punchy lines or dreamy prose, this is your space to write, revise, and find your voice. We’ll turn our words into a self-published zine and share them at a relaxed, coffeehouse-style reading. Because sometimes the shortest stories leave the biggest mark.
